Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected domestic and international destinations.
Availability of shipping to specific countries or regions may change without notice. Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as delivery destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges are not included in product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Domestic Orders (India): 3–5 business days after shipment
- International Orders: 3–6 business days after shipment
These delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays
As stated in our Terms of Service, all delivery times are estimates only.
Cobay Store is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Government actions
- Incorrect customer-provided information
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Delivery delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be assessed by the destination country's authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Cobay Store. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information regarding applicable fees before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment may be the customer's responsibility.
Cobay Store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer in accordance with our Terms of Service.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@cobay.com. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier where possible.
Cobay Store is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cobay.com and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, remains unclaimed, or is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs from any eligible refund.
